Partners are typically independent contractors with extensive business experience.

Partners ideally have a wide range of expertise to cover a variety to research, analytical tasks, business plans, creative design and programming are most common.

Partners are expected to sign an partner vendor agreement.

Partners are required to have at least one phone line, a computer and email capabilities. Additional software and tools to complete project are the sole responsibility of the partner.

Partners are expected to work independently but on-time and within the budget assigned by the project manager.

extra milestone does not guarantee any number of hours per day, week or month. Many partners have other clients or regular jobs. As projects grow, we have long-term relationships and projects that offer more hours on a longer basis.

All Partners must undergo a screening process to ensure quality. We do not accept applications from companies operating a virtual outsourcing business offering many of the same services as extra milestone.
